Our mission is to actively promote the growth and competitiveness of Minority Business Enterprises via our 3 areas of service; Financing & Bonding including loan packaging, Contracting which involves Procurement Assistance and Certifications -US SBA 8(a) program among others-, and Business Consulting We work with eligible minority entrepreneurs located in the Northern California region who wish to grow their businesses in size, scale, and capacity. |
