North California MBEC^TM provides high quality, cost-effective business services to Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs).

The first exploratory interview is performed at no cost for qualified minority owned firms. After the MBEs sign up as MBEC^TM clients, business or financial assistance will be charged a fee for services rendered. (see our fees)

We provide MBEs with assistance of accessing to capital, procurement opportunities as well as management consulting in different business functions, such as strategy, marketing, managerial finance and operations; and certification assistance.

We have deep passion and understanding for minority business challenges, we will help you create advantageous alliances and business opportunities, you will benefit from our strategic partnerships and extensive network of large and small businesses; we offer high quality, cost effective service.

Who is eligible for the services of Northern California MBEC^TM?

According to the MBDA^TM, entrepreneurs eligible for assistance under the MBEC^TM Program are African Americans, Puerto Ricans, Spanish-Speaking Americans, Aleuts, Asian and Pacific Islander Americans, Asian Indians, Native Americans, Eskimos and Hasidic Jews.

The MBEC^TM Program provides business assistance services to minority firms with $500,000 or more in annual revenues and/or “rapid growth potential” minority businesses (“Strategic Growth Initiative” or “SGI” firms) directly.
