Our teamAlejandro SerrudoAlejandro holds a bachelors on Industrial Engineering, a MBA and a major on Finance, he has been a consultant to large and small companies in a wide variety of industries, including retail, services, and construction. He has worked on public and private projects nationally and internationally, with an emphasis on assisting the Hispanic market. As part of the MBECTM team, Alejandro is committed to offering his consulting expertise in finance and management to help minority businesses compete and thrive in mainstream markets. Yanhua LiMs. Yanhua Li started her career in international trade and business development working for the Australian Trade Commission in North East Asia. She joined the team after gaining experience in business consulting and project management in public, private, and non-profit sectors. With her passion of serving the underprivileged population, Ms. Li is committed to her job in Northern California MBECTM to nurture the growth of minority businesses in her community. Raymond Au YeongRaymond Au Yeong has over 15 years of domestic and international experience in accounting, auditing and finance in the private and public sectors. During his time as a business consultant for the Central California Business Development Center, he assisted more than 1,000 clients to develop working business plans, obtain loans, and analyze financial statements to improve profitability of his clients. In addition to being a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank in Malaysia, he has worked in corporations including Comcast and Viacom. Raymond’s primary focus at the Northern California MBEC is financial consulting, and management assistance to minority business owners for their business expansion and retention.
Le HongLe holds a B.A. Computer Sciences degree and an MBA with focus in marketing and management. She has more than 15 years of experience at Hewlett-Packard in enterprise software solution development, strategic planning, partner relationship, budgeting, people and project management. She has successfully managed many large and complex software development projects in a global environment. As a volunteer, she has assisted small business and non-profit organizations with business plan and fund raising. She joined NorCal MBEC as a project manager for the ARRA Project. She found this project to be an opportunity to leverage her skills to create awareness of ARRA opportunities and provide MBEs with better support in accessing and competing for ARRA opportunities.
Victor TettehVictor holds a Bachelor degree with major in Accounting and minor in French language. He was a Staff Accountant in a major Mortgage company for eight years, then a Contract/Procurement manager for a major corporation for nine years. He has strong experience in accounting, issuing RFPs, and managing purchase orders. He contributed to the success of the Small Business Initiative (SBI) project in the Western part of the U.S...Through his leadership and his influence, he got major private companies and public sector to consider small businesses. As a procurement outreach officer with the NorCal MBEC, Victor is committed to find opportunities for MBEs under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
